I think that the Report is a SCAM or at best -stretched and distorted suggestions.
One purpose- Scam-em and profit from short position and they have achieved both
If they closed out the position now they are up 200+ million.
The real problem is that as usual PPl believe the ``Nay Sayer`` and SF is presumed guilty until they prove themselves innocent- what a system- greated a stampede because Maybe The Sky Will Fall and it sure enough did..
The other problem is the IRROC and OSC- TSX have no balls when it comes to prosecutions- slap on wrist and maybe a ban and minor fine.
We need Federal Legislation and some real Jail time not stop this practice and No Naked Shorting Period!
