Consider this...

Economic crimes in China, if they are significant enough, can carry the death penalty. Do you really think anyone would risk the accusations being put forward on Sino Forest? The sheer number of people one would have to bribe to make the death penalty worthwhile would be prohibitive, not to mention impossible to carry out. I'm long Sino!!
