that people realize how business is done in China. Yes they have rules and laws , but no effective court system to enforce the laws. So outside of the big cities business is done according to the customs and history and ruling party leaders of the area. That is why you will see such convoluted deals done. Everyone gets a payoff. I belive that TRE has a good business there but explaning it might be very difficult. Thats why the hold back of what we in the west expect of information.
