New security commission

Sino Forest is just another example that Canada need a new Securities commission with a fedral juridiction. The provinces do not have the ressources to prevent fraud like that.

We need a new structure with power of investigation specialise in fraud like that.

We have to many examples in the last five years. Mr Harper will have to move very soon with new legislation.
