RE: Directors - The Good, The Bad, and the Unbelie Yeah, that's the way it goes, ..... cuz who else in their right mind is going to put that on their resume?!? Nothing like slipping retirement, signing up for a few cozy directorships and some travel and then getting whumped with class actions lawsuits, and hauled back out of retirement. Of course, it sure wasn't a good sign when the founder and CEO ran for the hills as soon as allegations were made. Not a good sign at all.
