RE: RE: Silvercorp Sues uh ..... no....... read again. It's for a minimum of $10MM. That provides for Supreme Court filing. They do not yet make claim for any specific amount. It will be at least the $10MM it needs to be, and will be determined over the course of the case. SVM up 7% today. Little Al says he covered last week. Who knows it that is true. If it is, then he sold to the new shorts (doesn't matter who you defraud, just find someone).
