I haven't been tracking TRE to the same level of detail while they are halted.   Could you please elaborate on what you are making reference to?   Is there an article or legal filing that you could reference?    Sorry ... I may be able to provide some insight but I just need a little more info about the source you are quoting so I understand the context.
