Why not go right for the source?

Why not go right for the source?

Why bother with the OSC? There is no c ase there, su they are morons to a certain extent, but to blame them for not finishing the investigation neglects to take into account what both they and Sino's own independent committee said...that they did not receive full cooperation with their investigation and were instead treated with delay tactics. This alone would stifle any law suit.

The root of the problem is the board of TRE.

We know they did some shady dealings, at least one involving the wife is known

We know they keep bad records

We know they are terrible at crisis management

We know they can't be trusted with adhering to dates

We know they will now need to restate earnings

We suspect a lot more...

So why go for the OSC? They're doing their job...not to say that they are doing it well, but they are doing it reasonably well considering they have no partner in the investigation with TRE.

Blame the board for this mess, they are the source of the problem. What MW said or what the OSC did matters not. If the board were a competant trust-worthy bunch this would not be happening.
