Win/win needed The OSC look like donkeys because we have no known evidence of fraud with such a long halt. Sino look like donkeys for lack of transparency and for not meeting regulatory requirements. Seems to me like the osc needs to save face and that sino should produce the financials to have any kind of face.
I really worry they are going private. Greenheart trading seems to suggest this is not the case but nobody on this board knows anything in any absolute fashion. We hope.
Teflon, with respect, governments (of the western kind) are response mechanisms. People like Chandler, Buffett, LKChing have tremendous influence on governments as lobbyists/advisors as governments like their money. Chan has super connections in China and I'm sure he is using them. Sino is his baby from the ground up and he used his 'influence/no power' adeptly to build that company.
