Bottom fishingThe recent private placement of shares was at .50$. Any price below this I view as a great buying opportunity. Large private investors do a lot more due diligence and usually get a pretty sweet deal on a large chunk of new shares. SSS is going to require more cash in the near future and is likely looking to do another private placement. News of such a placement at a higher price, particularly with an institutional investor who are more likely to do thorough DD, will be the next catalyst for an upside move on the Stock Price. My advice... hold and buy more on price weakness
