The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

RE:RE:RE:Since Melnyk has substantially sold off his Melnyk's motivation to sell is rather straightforward to me, IMHO.  Given his personality, his general outlook in business life, his past record going back to Biovail days, and the glaring fact that he failed to reign in the other outside horses and lead them back to his own stable means that he understood he lost the game and it was time to cut his losses.  Dumping his shares (because he can afford to) for a pittance in the low teens now (as he did last year) is just his way of causing grief to the current crew before the AGM and his desire to eliminate any connections to ASP now that he lost.  I think he has simply moved on and that involves creating a shiny new drug company in the Ottawa area that he can fully control.
