Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) operated in New Zealand and Empresa de Telecomunicaciones NuevaTel (PCS de Bolivia), S.A. (NuevaTel) operated in Bolivia. Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

I haven't been with the company for 6 years, more like 4-ish. But definitely, do agree that the management has been very "shady" (for lack of a better word) with their outlook, opinion, and analysis of the company. With so many bs excuses over the past few years, i've completely lost interest in the company - i check the board every once in awhile to see whats happening. 

I consider my investment a write-off at this point. Down so much, its not even worth it for me to average down and lose even more money.

Oh well... I've noted the names of the board members and officers, going to make sure I don't invest in a company that these guys have any seats on.
