Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) operated in New Zealand and Empresa de Telecomunicaciones NuevaTel (PCS de Bolivia), S.A. (NuevaTel) operated in Bolivia. Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

And today the bids have sunk back to two-and-half cents. Was this not predictable? All you have to do, really, is put out a news release that says you're going to be out of money at the end of the month, and then, after the month ends, have nothing whatsover more to say. I guess Mr. Wainwright might not have come through with his payday loan.

Itchy and Scratchy are probably screaming at each other right now, re-enacting the scene from The Producers where Gene Wilder shrieks at Zero Mostel, "I hate you! You're fat! Fat! Fat!"
