Slander requires that untruths be told. Look up the definition. Yes, the truth hurts if you're Acerus. So they should do something about it then. Like add more employees when you're not bringing in any revenue. Like maybe hiring someone who understands the Health Canada application/submission process. Or perhaps, like announcing you're broke at the end of November in your quarterly meeting and then remaining silent 10 days into December.
Bring on the lawsuit Acerus. Looking forward to presenting their incompetence in court for all to see.
Pitchin is right on the money. This could be interpreted as spite as it certainly cannot be interpreted as smart business acumen.
If they both could have set their egos aside, this bullboard conversation would be very different right now.
