My wife and I (both in our 70's) just added 600 shares for dividends of $2,232.00 yearly (also expect a small increase early next year). I expect patience will be rewarded.

Good move. I just got filled minutes ago at 48.81. I suspect the coming days will provide even better opportunities to buy . . . but who knows? In the end I think some of the big players want to load up on TRP, selling inventory and driving down the price before they buy in.
