my thinking on split

my thinking on splitI really don't like the idea of splitting out the oil side. It will be great for the new gas side but it will be terrible for the oil side with how TRP is shuffling such a big chunk of the debt to the oil side. I suspect people will be dumping the oil side as soon as they can after the split is completed. I also expect a divy cut on the oil side as it will be quite a mess.

Based upon what I understand of their EBITDA, the split should be 1 oil for every 3 gas so I think with how the oil side is going to get crushed, it is going to be a net negative.

I guess we'll see how it plays out but just to hedge a bit, I plan on selling our last mid-July buy of 400 shares at $50.14 if it gets to $52.50 just to take some profits.

Ciao
