New Meeting December 9th and Correction They are resetting the meeting, and I was wrong, shareholders can both vote no and dissent at the same time. As well, the previously delivered proxies will remain in force if not revoked.
Surely that means they believe they can carry the vote and it makes no sense they would proceed unless Pentwater and Sailingstone would abstain? I guess they would abstain so they can secure the immediate partial payment with the dissent to follow, as in they need the vote to pass for them to pursue those two exchanges for their shares.
Whadda ya know. And mea culpa on misreading the voting vs dissenting ... you can vote NO and dissent, so they say.
