$40 Canadian = $30.85 US

A paltry sum. 
It would have been benificial for TRQ to share the independant evaluators estimate of value. 
It would be reasonable to sellout at a discount to Rio but me thinks the current discount is pretty large.
And it doesnt take a rocket scientist 130 days to figure that out.
