Small investors tend to have a short timeline for their investments and are more likely to lock in their profits by voting in favour of a buyout than the big boys who are more patient and are willing to wait for a bigger return on their investment even if it's years away. GLTA.

I agree. If not accepted, it will take years before the company can regain the price that is offered.
