IMHO Last chance to sell trq , cash a reasonable gain ( but sure) and either wait to get back at quite a discount, or...buy ETG while you can get under 1$. I prefer ETG who is not under RIO control...This one will be more difficult to bully!!!GLTA

Usual games being played. PW and MH have been buying recently after date of record. They will vote YES and have a nice payday. I added more shares today near the low. GLTA

hmmm....I'm not an SEC lawyer....but i would find that bordering on market manipulation on their part after they publicly came out and stated voting against. I would call what you are accusing them of something that is also a bit suspect unless you have facts behind the accusation.... It sounds to me like you are quite nervous about this and now resorting to making up false accusations.

I'm surprised Rio didn't make sure Pentwater and SailingStone were onboard before the vote. Are the two sides playing a game of chicken? Can Pentwater and SailingStone still agree to a better offer on behalf of all the yes votes to push the vote over the top? GLTA.

I'm not expecting a better offer, However, they have been agressively buying the past three weeks after the proxy cut off date. Can simply approve the offer and make a hansome profit without a legal battle. GLTA
