From the State of Louisiana is shopping for shareholders to Bring a Class Action against The BOD and RIO in relation to the proposed acquisition and the adequecy of Price.

Any shareholders going to take them up on it and call them and initiate a claim?

Probably no cost to any shareholder for 30-35% of the proceeds on settlement,
