(TSX: CHR) -- which rose 3.35% yesterday and recently confirmed that it has received a preliminary, non-binding acquisition proposal from a third party that is subject to a number of significant conditions -- overnight Tuesday reported Q3 2020 net income of $20.5 million, or $0.13 per basic share; a YoY decrease of $3.7 million due to the impact of COVID-19 on its results, offset by a change in unrealized foreign exchange of $24.9 million. Adjusted net income was $10.9 million, or $0.07 per basic share; compared with adjusted net income of $29.15 million for the previous corresponding quarter. Outlook Capital expenditures in 2020, including capitalized major maintenance overhauls but excluding expenditures for the acquisition of aircraft and the ESP, are expected to be between $17 million and $23 million.
