agree with all you say. Problem I still have is why was this structure set up in the first place in this manner. That has never been fully explained and I continue to listen to conference calls and read releases even though have not been shareholder for few years. 

my experience is usually when some one enters into a consulates or complex transaction there is a deception that is being attempted. That is my concern with vertical scope. Also you mentioned the cayman island account for the other shareholder of vertical scope. That would support thesis of deception and hiding winfall gains when company sold to Torstar. 

Also Torstar owns 56 percent of vertical scope. The details of vertical scope debt should be disclosed. It is a significant amount of money for a significant subsidiary. Life was simpler with Harlequin.
