I was listening to some of the Torstar conference calls the other day and it appears the board will review the decision to pay dividends every quarter, but as things stand now, shareholders should not expect anything until the 4th quarter of 2020. Who knows, maybe between now and then a merger or consolidation will take place. Maybe that's why they want to conserve cash? What are your thoughts? Buffett recently sold Berkshire's newspaper portfolio to Lee Enterprises.
