RE:RE:Euro Status Could Go Against Stars Performance for Q4I understand what you’ve written. If they hedged the currency through the quarter, they are set. And yes, its minor at this time, although a sustained lower level will have an effect. While you are right that the effects is only a few million, it is nevertheless something to watch.

As for Kentucky, I do agree that its taking a very long time, yet such is the appeal process in that state. What we can hope for is that as states legalize gaming and pressure mounts to recognize the truth of poker, that Kentucky will be in a “compromise” mood. Stars chose to play the long game and I do believe that time is on their side. With the ruling in Illinois, the appeal position of the state of Kentucky was significantly lowered. At this point it may remain resolution on the steps of justice.

Let’s hope they have more to announce on the earnings call than simply repeating the numbers or justifying them.
