RE:Good start to the new year

RE:Good start to the new year Lets hope its shorts covering in anticipation of some kind of launch news (ie. PA) or perhaps a final settlement with the Kentucky state lawyers (for costs). With ample money set aside for this case, and with little potential for a big win at Supreme Court (the Appeals court did a solid job of covering all bases), Stars would be happy to finally make this all go away for a few million. I'm thinking $5-10M tops, but then again it also depends on what signals they are getting from major banks. If the banks are ready to jump in now, then to hell with the state. If the banks are still retiscent (due to their own regulatory or self-imposed limits), then it may be worth paying off for the state to bid adieu.

It is nice that we started the new year like this...we still have a long recovery to the highs of 2018, yet I am hopeful we will get there...
