The buyers will jump in if they see something that secures them. Delivering on synergies isn't enough, they need to see this is a growth story again. I can see a bit more than $100M. I'd bet on $200M. Remember their investors day presentation was pretty aggressive in its estimates for debt paydown. I guess we will know in 12 days...but who's counting? :)
