RE: RE: against the wallI wish I could share your comfidence at this time but past experience has made me look at this gamble as an outsider weighing an opportunity . Jennifer can not release the number of enrolled recruits nor can she make a statement unless she couches it with "we hope" or "should" or "we plan" etc. and we have been down that path for over a year and more....I also don't see how we have that much leverage to dictate terms. I'm sure if a deal is to be made there will be concessions...but I see that as a positive....makes a friendlier ally when you both give and take..I can't see how timing makes any difference especially in this investment climate.....In my opinion we will be looking at this in 2 or 3 mos. thinking how much worse can it get.....If they announce a partnership at anytime the market will respond....especially if it is a major pharma....at which point the warrants will be exercised and Bioniche will get a cash infussion....hopefully they will hold there shares because Urocidin has been recognised by an interested party as having value enough to put their money on the table....also if they take over trials expenses or partial it frees cash for Ecoli push here and for approval in the States....It is the responsibility of a listed co. to releases any and all imformation that may affect their stock in a timely matter...I really don't see them sitting on anything of importance..If it leaked they would have to account for their silence.....rather a humorous thought when one considers that the usual problem is McRae saying too much....I really appreciate getting incites and opinions from my fellow shareholders ...please don't think that I am criticising or belittling any opinions...no matter whether you are short or long we all see things differently to some degree...I feel that looking at things through different eyes adds to knowledge and makes you think about your own annalysis of a holding........ my opinion on a partnership of any kind with trials sponsored is $2.35 rising to $3.65 within two weeks as the number crunchers line up....Bioniche is a profitable co. if you minus the Urocidin expenses {vaccine expenses covered by gov loans/grants} I believe good news in this climate especially a bio pharma will shine . However until that signed partnership is announced or the company taken out everything is sheer speculation and hope. Dusty 11
