         The share price totaly mystifies me......I thought the Preferred conversion was part of it, but that is now history and we are still in the .40's........absolutely boggles the mind.


If we see increased volume in about a week or two  that would be a very positive indicator IMO. It could signal the end of the blackout period and insider buying. I know at least one principal indicated that he will add to his position. I was somewhat surprised at the relatively low number of shares most of the directors hold. Having had no chance to buy since well before the Endo deal, will they now step up?

A number of people here think that the stock is manipulated. The question then is who could and why would "they" push as down to low 40's. If the end of the blackout is the beginning of the breakout from .50, we may have the answer to the "why" at least.

Strangely I'm ok with that. Why shouldn't the people who are the makers of this company get a crack at the 1st floor and average down like the rest of us speculators?
