If the offer has to be open for 60 days according to the poison pill, that makes it almost impossible to get the deal done prior to the FDA decision in April. So now I do NOT expect to see an offer soon. It would be too messy for Endo to execute a deal if the FDA decision occurred in the middle of the tender period.
