Insider Trading on MondaySedi reports that Charette (CMO) sold his 130,000 shares on Monday Sept 28th to THE COMPANY TREASURY for cancellation. This was the day Bioniche shares were suspended from trading from 11am EDT onward. The price was $1.33, giving Charette a profit of about $50 thousand since he exercised his stock options a few days ago. The stock has traded well above $1.33 since last Friday, so it appears they set the price as the average of the low and the high price for Friday Sept 24th.
I did not know BNC had a share buyback program in place. Sweet.
So much for us being reassured by the insiders putting their own cash into shares at this time of uncertainty.
