The transaction has to be reported to SEC even though there is no change in the common share count. This would only impact the" fully diluted shares " count . The positions for the new econiche facility gives some credance to their on schedule update. If all goes well we will see the plant up and fully commissioned just in time to supply product for a,hopefully soon , proposed Federal Food and Water Safety Bill. Dusty11
