The question here would be for him delineate the measures taken at the farm, apart from the usual proper hygien types. Slaughter houses are just one food chain, what about produce (lettuce, broccoli, etc...) and the water supply. Arberta Cattlemen's association needsto get on board with this or we'll have another catastrophy soon.
