We don't always see eye to eye, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who felt this way. The point you made regarding Bioniche sharing pertinent information with certain shareholders and not all shareholders is a concern to me too. What did the G/W group know that we did not? If the information shared had any value to the G/W group then it should be considered material information. To this date we do not know what that was. Without a confidentiality agreement in place, tied to a blackout from trading for the group "in the know", I can't see how this would not be considered inappropriate conduct.

I have too much respect for you to be critical. Your posts have a twist of humour and are equally informative nonetheless. So I just to be crystal clear to you that, no I do not support the management team's handling of this company from a shareholders point of view. If you can all recall, I was quite upset with the September 2010 halt while our stock was climbing quickly. This was initiated by our company and was not in the best interest of us (current at the time) shareholders. We waited a long time for some kind of results. IMHO that halt was the initial contributing factor of our current situation. This event alone will not be forgotten by me when it comes time to vote. The following share offering created the negative momentum and we never looked back again. (or maybe I should have said never looked forward again)
However I not throwing any support the G/W way until they provide me some kind of information to clearly show their primary agenda as being shareholder driven. And I mean all shareholders! Now my last email stated quite clearly that I smell a rat. This whole matter has a stench. Still no disclosure by either side. The G/W group needs to prove themselves as "Robin hood" before I can fully support them. The timing is suspicious enough. The secret agenda just adds to the stench. However I will be open minded and give them a chance.
