It is my best guess the GW boys et al were under water on their first 5M shares. Then they bought 6.5 M shares for .19 to average down. Then every body that was afraid bailed and a group of believers averaged down.
So the fonds left and GW bought in and then said hi, we own more than 5% and we want change. The rest of us are not buying or selling as were at our BNC limit, just sitting on our hands waiting for Wed May 8th.
Why don't you offer to buy 1M shares at .35 and see whether the volume picks up?
