RE: Fraud and Mr. McRae? IMHO anyone living offshore in a Tax Haven is already attempting to beat us by not paying their fair share of Canadian Tax, so what makes you think were not on the to do list of people to beat next.
I still see this as a game for lawyers, strange that none of his directors listed own any shares, when even our own DimSum owns what 18K (more like the price of a good watch then a high net worth) but I digress.
They listed their shares, a simple remedy in the eyes of a judge so the sole issue for trial is the meeting, but since Graeme owns 7M shares and the employees maybe another million plus, I sort of think GW is a little light to be listing a board. Director by director I don't see anything wrong with our chairman and I know he has a lot more votes in his corner then a measly 6M.
I do know that BNC got some press out of this, the stock price is up, so life is Ok in the land of top hats and white rabbits for now. I am a lot less stressed then I was last Thursday.
