If they thought they could, I'm quite sure they'd like a re do on that one. Instead they'd have us believe that Bioniche are now a contract vaccine manufacturer. Of course the VMC has been open for over 2 years and is yet to produce a single invoiced vaccine, but don't worry it's all just around the corner....any day now.
