July 18th court date From what I understand July 18th is in fact d-day. The Judge should make a ruling that day. It is not a decision that will be pushed back months and months as per some sentiments. It is not a criminal case where a Judge's decision will put someone behind bars. It will be a ruling based on what is best for the shareholder. The judge will effectively say, if a meeting is what is best for shareholders then so be it. Calling a meeting decides nothing. It will be the circulars and lobby efforts at that point (and the current regime's past and present performance) that will help us render a decision.
A meeting will probably be called for August 18th to give all parties time to put together their circulars. The glacier like pace of Bioniche, will be stringently tested. The only thing that will save them, is at least one if not two Urocidin deals that are very strong. An AH sale will not, as it will need to be voted on. My guess is GW will have an extremely compelling argument for keeping AH (our only revenue source) intact.
