Vote on BoD I say that I will vote for neither because in one corner, we have a management team that has accomplished nothing substantial to date, and in the other corner we have dissident shareholders with no majority, and no disclosed gameplan of how they intend to steer the ship. Even a one-page, bulleted memo for gawd sakes. Couple the fact that the proposed BoD hold zero shares themselves at present time, and I arrive at a stalemate. Neither is best.
