Bioniche thinks they can get a better offer then the offer that was made last Summer by the Wells group. Good for Bioniche for looking for the best offer which will likely be much better then Wells was offering. Wells is still after the Animal Health business by means of hostile takeover of the Bioniche board, since Bioniche wasn't willing to sale AH at their lowball offer. I still don't trust the dissident group whatsoever.
For those that just want McRae removed, it looks like you will also get that wish fulfilled moving forward soon.
