RE: RE: G/W's & McRae's Objectives I think you are misinterpruting Graeme's statement here.
I believe Graeme was concerned about GW's animal health knowledge because it brought into question whether GW really had serious intentions about actually purchasing the Animal Health division and being able to run it with their limited knowldge basis. Or whether GW wasn't just mining the company for significant inside data in order to attempt a hostile takeover which is how GW is now proceeding.
