RE: Group of Independent Bioniche Shareholders Supports Board's PlanWell their first Urocidin deal was a give away in return for a nearly 18% loan arrangement.
They claim to have 30 interested parties and we were told after the May financials that shareholders would be provided updates as negotiations progress. To date nothing has materialized and no update has been provided.
If they get nowhere with Health Canada, which is what the market or at least the few that care are betting on, Urocidin may be headed the way of Econiche.
I don't think that handing it off a no charge, no milestone payments and no development and trial funding is going to impress anyone...and there goes all of your proceeds from AH.
