RE:RE:The CCYou are being compensated POGO. You are receiving 43 cents/share, which is a 30% premium on the 33 cent closing price the day the deal was announced. The fact that we are down a further 20% since is of no consequence.
Obviously this a vote yes or go bankrupt proposition, however the just and factual way of selling it is to simply say...
"look, the previous management gambled on a vaccine and plant that has no market. They then leveraged the company into oblivion to finance this colossal miscalculation. If you want to survive, and have any chance of recouping your investment, we need you to affirm the sale of Animal health"
Forget the sales pitch, the window dressing, "fairness" evaluation and anything else that drains the remaining cash resources. These are the facts and regardless of how weak, pathetic and poor the sale terms appear, we have no choice.
