RE:Partnership
I agree that a sale would not be as good for investors but I don't see a partnership as being that great either. It will mean dilution just as much as a new round of funding (most likely in the form of less profits going to Telesta and shareholders). Probably more so, unless the partner brings more to the table than just money. Telesta would have more control over the terms of a funding round than they would over a partnership. Sure a partnership would bring market legitimacy to the company and increase SP short term, but they don't need legitimacy in the eyes of investors to gain FDA approval and start making tons of money. That will bring far more legitimacy long term. As far as the management team not adding value, the stock is up 140% from its 52 week low and there is a lot more to come. Talking with Bristol Capitol, it sounds like Telesta management are very busy courting institutional investors in both the US and Canada. DY, this management team will drag you kicking and screaming all the way to the bank partnership or not.
