RE:IMO, a salvage operation....re Endo. You are wrong on all points. Endo designed a trial based on their on Valstar which was ineffective. This was not the trial they had agreed originally agreed to do. They could not enroll patients because everyone knew they could get Valstar not MCNA. So the endpoint was not missed, it never happened in the first place. Endo gave back the rights, red faced I am sure.
