Hurt, all very good and true points. Saved in my letter file. If we all listened between the lines, the seeds of doubt were being planted by Bartles or james, or whatever his name was, at every chance. However, no one from Telesta stood up and held their ground; ms champagne just redirected the general half truths to whoever she deemed best to answer. lessons learned by management hopefully.
