Define "believe"

Define "believe""We continue to believe that MCNA offers a positive risk-benefit ratio..."

that's because it has PROVEN TO BE safe and effective.   It's pretty silly to simply "believe" that it works.   That's like saying I continue to "believe" that the sun is going to rise at a predictable time again tomorrow morning.  It would take an EXTRAORDINRY circumstance beyond physical comprehension to change the fact the sun will rise, or that MCNA doesn't have a positive risk-benefit ratio.  Someone's BELIEF is no more than an opinion about something that is open for debate.   Like religion.  How can it be an opinion that it's proven to save people's lives?    That's no more of an opinion than to say cigarettes trigger cancer.   They aren't opinions.   They aren't beliefs.  They're proven facts.
