Unfortunately, It seems you don't understand at all the role MCNA intend to play for the NMIBC patients. The goal here is not to replace BCG. Certainly not short-term or mid-term. But just to help patients who failed the BCG therapy or who cannot tolerate it's side effects (off-label).
And the association between BCG production and the US pharma profit is completely irrelevant.
From what I read, the FDA practically forced Merck to increase production of BCG last year after the worst part of the shortage was over. Why do you think ? Because BCG is off-patent and cost about 145 $ per dose. Merck had annual revenue of like 45 Billions last year. You think they care about producing BCG ? The truth is no pharma wants to produce it (there is only 2 in the whole NA). No money to make there.
The SP got to 1 $ before the Adcom. Of course it will go higher than this once (if) they get an approval. And once on Nasdaq...hard to say how high it could go.
