ANYONE that can ban a naturally occurring plant, vote for George W Bush (twice), or can delay treatment for the human beings that are DYING OF TREATABLE DISEASES, are so stupid that they're literally capable of doing anything destructive, and nothing but this sheer level of incompetence and stupidity even matter. It's their mind that's the problem. Not the end result. No wonder they used to throw stones at people.....
