As an aside, I am fairly certain that the FDA are not experts on every treatment that sits before them. They are trying to understand them all. If they were to stamp FAIL on the submission, let me guess. --- thy are immune to class action lawsuits brought on by a group of say, Urologists and patients, citing the trial data as evidence? Because it is both safe and effective. Valstar is neither and they approved that, so either their mission statement is a sham, or this is a yes
